Happy first week of Summer! Next week is America’s 250th Birthday. I hope you’re able to reflect, participate, and celebrate at local events here in Stratford. Starting next week, please be aware that over 80 new laws will take effect on Wednesday, July 1st. This includes Public Act 26-12, the comprehensive workforce legislation (HB5003) that passed during the 2026 session, which I proudly co-sponsored and worked on to expand protections for CT workers.
