The Taxing of Feminine Products Ends
May 23, 2016Legislation I championed eliminating the taxing of feminine hygiene products was adopted in Senate Bill #502. The measure was adopted in the 2016 Legislative Session and includes the elimination of taxes on all feminine hygiene products as well as baby diapers.

Toni Walker and I will be hosting an informational hearing to discuss the legalization of marijuana for recreational use next Tuesday, April 5, from 10:00am to 5:00pm in Room 2E at the Legislative Office Building. Members of the public are encouraged to participate, by signing in for an opportunity to voice their views on this issue. Participants will be allowed three minutes and will be called in the order of signing.
