The 2023 Session kicked off on January 4th. Together with all of you, I look forward to what we can do to help keep our communities and our state healthy, safe, and strong.

Thanks to the work of our Congressional Delegation, an additional $1 Billion boost in federal funding to the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), allowing for more households to receive the benefit in the state, has been allocated as part of an emergency supplemental aid package.

On Thursday, September 8 from 7:30PM - 9:00PM, I will join Representative Stephen Harding to discuss what life experiences have influenced our policy views, how polarization has impacted government, and what can be done to address it.

More and more people are choosing electric bicycles not only as a means of physical activity, but a way to commute, or run errands. E-bikes are increasingly becoming an affordable transportation option for those who cannot afford cars.
