It’s time for Connecticut students to Dream Big! The 2024 CHET Dream Big! Competition is open to all Connecticut residents in grades K-12 and will run through November 4.

DEEP announced that they are launching Round 2 of their E-bike voucher program on Sept. 17th at 12pm. This round will remain open until October 1, 2024. As you may know, DEEP’s eBike Incentive Program provides Point-of-Sale (POS) incentives to Connecticut residents who purchase a new qualifying eBike from a participating "brick and mortar" Connecticut eBike retailer. 

The Connecticut Youth Employment Program is an initiative designed to help young people ages 14 to 24 explore careers by providing opportunities to work alongside professionals who assist them in building career networks and receive on-the-job training while also covering participant salaries and other job-related expenses, such as uniforms and transportation to and from work.

Thank you to Connecticut Education Association (CEA) for recognizing my efforts over the past legislative session with a grade of A+ as well as being placed on the 2024 Honor Roll.

Branford’s Read to Grow invited me and a few of my colleagues to the Books for Babies launch at the Family Birthing Center at MidState Medical Center in Meriden.

I am deeply honored to share that the Connecticut Early Childhood Alliance recognized me as a children's champion during Branford Early Learning Center's 50th anniversary celebration.

Congratulations, and thank you to the organizing committee for inviting me to the occasion to recognize the 77th anniversary of Nepal-US relations. Our cultural ties are a point of pride for this country, state, and, of course, Branford.

Several new laws that address many issues aimed at improving our great state will become effective on July 1.
