Transportation "Lock Box" Resolution Passed
I am pleased to announce the House passed House Joint Resolution 100, which will put a question before the voters in the November 2018 election to amend the State Constitution to ensure that monies in the Special Transportation Fund (STF) be used solely for transportation related costs – a transportation “lock box”. This is a good measure that will ensure, if approved by voters, that all money collected through various fees in the STF is only spent on transportation costs.
