Yesterday, we convened at the State Capitol to vote on a number of important bills. Most pertain to resources and aid for those who have been disproportionately affected by the pandemic.

Just a quick reminder about a few events happening in our community this weekend.

I’m reaching out today with information about state, local and public/private partnerships to help support our business community and share links to recent zoning conversations.

A number of the proposals that were passed out of the committee have been the subject of much conversation and some misconception.

The warmer weather has been a great delight over the past few days, and came just on time as spring officially kicked off last week. With spring though, we begin to see more people suffering from allergy flare-ups.

Spring is upon us and more and more vaccines are becoming available. For those of you 45 and older, I hope you’ve been able to get your vaccine appointment.

Last week, 8 people were killed in Atlanta, 6 of whom were Asian, 7 of whom were women. Anti-Asian violence has increased here in the United States and even globally.
