Preserving Danbury's Historic Courthouse
June 13, 2025The old Court House on Main Street has been one of my favorite buildings my entire life. My mother told me that as a toddler I called it a birthday cake. I'm happy to have joined my colleagues State Representative Farley Santos, State Representative Ken Gucker, and Senator Julie Kushner in championing the conveyance of the historic building to the City of Danbury at administrative costs only (House Bill 7280, currently awaiting the Governor's expected signature).
