On this week's Rollin' with Rep. Nolan, I'm talking about one of my proposed bills: HB 6126 - An Act Establishing a Civil Penalty for a Municipality's Failure to Meet the Threshold for the Affordable Housing Appeals Procedure.

We have a law on the books that communities must meet a 10% threshold for affordable housing, and yet some have failed to or even refused to meet this threshold.

This bill enacts a civil penalty for not adhering to this threshold, ensuring we do our part to build enough affordable housing for all residents who need it. I hope you'll take a look at the video below.
