Senior Forum Panel Next Monday
March 13, 2024Next Monday, March 18, I will host a Senior Forum panel. The event will provide advice on how to avoid scams and scammers. I will be joined by several special guests, including officials from AARP CT, the Department of Aging and Disabilities Services, and the Bloomfield Commission on Aging. My colleague Rep. Holocaust Remembrance Day
January 27, 2024January 27 is Holocaust Remembrance Day. On this day, which commemorates the liberation of Auschwitz in 1945, we remember the millions of victims of the Holocaust, the genocide of 6 million Jews and the millions of other victims of Nazi atrocities.
Supplemental Motor Vehicle Taxes Due
January 26, 2024The Tax Collector for the Town of Windsor wishes to inform taxpayers that supplemental motor vehicle taxes on the Grand List of October 1, 2022 are due in full January 1, 2024 and payable without penalty by February 1, 2024. These tax bills are for vehicles registered between October 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023.

Bloomfield Native Dwight Freeney named Pro Football Hall of Fame Finalist
January 2, 2024Bloomfield native Dwight Freeney was named a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame for a second straight year. Freeney is one of 15 finalists for the Class of 2024, which will be announced on Thursday, Feb. 8, prior to the Super Bowl.
